In the vast deserts of Africa, although there are beaches beaten by towering waves, the scorching yellow remains the dominant theme of the African wilderness. Amidst this intertwining of beautiful scenery and harsh natural environment, diligent and courageous Chinese enterprises have ventured deep into the desert to achieve the goal of "building a community with a shared future for mankind" proposed by General Secretary Xi Jinping, overcoming numerous hardships. A touch of Chinese red now flutters continuously in the yellow desert.
At the campsites and construction sites of Chinese enterprises, employees not only face the challenges of harsh natural conditions but also deal with various security threats such as pandemic prevention, pirate incursions, robberies, and oil theft by smugglers. To ensure the safety of personnel and assets, Hanwei International Security Guard Co., Ltd. dispatched a security team to the project, led by the outstanding international security officer Hu Tianbao. Every day, Hu Tianbao leads 11 local security personnel and 12 military police officers, working tirelessly on the front lines of international security—from pandemic checks to material inspections, from security patrols to PSD journey escorts—demonstrating the excellent conduct and quality of Chinese security personnel.
While completing security tasks, Hu Tianbao also took the initiative to conduct counter-terrorism and security skills training for foreign employees and military police. Leveraging his experience as a training instructor for large state-owned enterprises, he designed targeted training content, including pandemic prevention knowledge, combat techniques, baton-and-shield tactics, personal image, security awareness, fire extinguisher usage, and vehicle inspections. He also prepared discipline requirements and training outlines during his spare time, earning unanimous praise from trainees and high recognition from the client enterprises.
