To continuously promote enterprises' compliance operations and risk prevention in overseas markets, and to assist Chinese enterprises in their overseas development,on November 14, the Jiaxing Commerce Bureau successfully organized a thematic training session on overseas investment practices and risk prevention with the theme of "Silk Road Protection". This event aimed to enhance the overseas security management capabilities of Jiaxing's outward investment enterprises and help them better cope with the complex international market environment.The training covered topics including overseas compliance operations, overseas security situations and personnel protection, legal applications, corporate compliance system construction practices, emergency management for overseas project safety and sudden incidents, and overseas security management system construction.
At the training session, Zhao Ming, Deputy General Manager of Hanwei International Security Services Co., Ltd., was invited as a keynote speaker to deliver an in-depth lecture on the topic of "Enterprise Overseas Security Management". Combining rich practical experience and case studies, Zhao Ming provided detailed explanations on various security risks that enterprises might encounter during overseas investments, as well as how to mitigate these risks through scientific management methods and effective preventive measures.
The training received high praise from the Jiaxing Commerce Bureau and enterprise representatives. Through the analysis of real cases, participants' awareness of overseas security was significantly enhanced, and they gained clearer understanding and approaches on how to "go global" safely and stably.
