"National Engineering Forum" Safety Training for Expatriate Employees

To further enhance overseas Chinese enterprises' capabilities in overall prevention and response to international terrorist attacks, and to solidify the integration of international security resources and security system construction. On March 27-28, the seventh session of the "National Engineering Forum" titled "Safety Training for Expatriate Employees" was successfully held at Zhejiang Police Vocational Academy, organized by the Zhejiang International Contractors Association.

Yu Ruifeng, Director of the Foreign Economic Cooperation Department of Zhejiang Provincial Department of Commerce, and Wang Jinhua, Fourth-level Researcher, attended the opening ceremony. More than thirty participants from member enterprises such as POWERCHINA Huadong Engineering Corporation Limited, Zhejiang Thermal Power Construction Company of China Energy Engineering Group, China United Engineering Corporation Limited, and Zhejiang Zhongnan Construction Group participated in this two-day intensive training. Director Yu Ruifeng proposed a "three-step" overseas security guarantee suggestion: first, further strengthen security risk assessment and information sharing; second, further enhance awareness of prevention and contingency plan management; third, further integrate training resources and system construction.

To help overseas Chinese enterprises improve their international security guarantee plans, Hanwei International's Deputy General Manager Zhao Ming analyzed the current international security situation and threats in detail based on the increasingly intense regional issues over the past decade. During the session, he used the Mali hotel terrorist attack case as an example to explain the correct emergency response measures when facing sudden incidents.

This training combined theoretical courses such as "Overseas Risk Identification and Response" and "Attacker and Defender Thinking" with practical training courses like "Stress Resistance Training", "Narrow Space Evasion", and "Emergency Rescue", achieving excellent complementary results. It also helped reserve external emergency resources and enhanced the internal emergency management capabilities of the trainees.

Hanwei International is committed to improving enterprises' overseas security regulations by combining local security situations with their own characteristics. We will establish overseas security coordination mechanisms with relevant ministries, strengthen overseas information collection and security risk assessment, adhere to the principle of "no assessment, no project; no training, no dispatch" proposed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and gradually establish a comprehensive overseas security system that includes rigorous prevention beforehand, decisive handling during incidents, and rapid recovery afterwards. Hanwei International Security Guard Co., Ltd. will focus on the overall construction of overseas enterprises' security guarantee systems, forge ahead with determination, work hard, and solidly complete various tasks to ensure a good start and steady progress in overseas security work every year.
