On this vibrant spring day filled with life, laughter echoes through the Hanwei Jiuzhou Training Base.
The base welcomes the "big kids" and children from Yuhang Linping Third Elementary School's Dad Club - all courageous and full of energy~
A field edition of "Father & (Son/Daughter) Special Forces" training is quietly unfolding.....
Before the activity began, the "big kids" and children quickly completed preparations including team formation, naming, and captain selection under the instructors' guidance. They competed in teams through various challenges. Today, they transformed from ordinary fathers and children into warriors overcoming obstacles together to reach the finish line.
"Five Stakes" challenge
Watch as the children move with agility, their lightning-fast movements matching their adult counterparts~
After clearing the first obstacle, teams moved to the second challenge area - the "Low Wall". Following the instructor's demonstration, they progressed from "one-hand-one-foot support jumps" to "one-hand support jumps" and finally to "aerial leaps", successfully clearing the wall and landing safely.
Our brave little warriors succeeded with their fathers' protection~
After clearing the "Low Wall", teams advanced to the third challenge - the "High Platform". This military-style obstacle tests coordination between hands and feet. The technique involves pushing off with one leg while simultaneously reaching with the same-side hand to grab the platform's far edge, then using combined arm and leg strength to pull up onto the surface.
This challenge brings to mind Wang Guozhen's poem "High Mountains, Long Roads": "No mountain in the world is higher than man, no road longer than his feet." With perseverance, we can reach any summit.
The children advanced courageously with their fathers' help.
After completing all challenges, both parents and children remained enthusiastic about the activities. The club organizer noted that in daily life, children spend too little time with their fathers, who play crucial family roles. This field training effectively strengthened parent-child bonds and unlocked children's potential.
