Corporate News   May 29, 2018

Recently, the CPPCC Foreign Affairs Committee Delegation - Colombo Chinese Enterprise Symposium was held in Colombo, the capital of Sri Lanka. Zhao Ming, Country Manager of Hanwei Sri Lanka Branch, attended the meeting as a corporate representative.

At the symposium, Zhao Ming, representing Hanwei International Security Services Co., Ltd., thanked the CPPCC Foreign Affairs Committee and the local governments at all levels in Sri Lanka for their consistent care and support for Hanwei's development in Sri Lanka, and briefly introduced the company's recent development status and the challenges it faces. He stated that in recent years, with the long-term efforts of the company's colleagues, the development situation has become increasingly stable.

Under the new circumstances, overseas market competition is fierce, and Chinese security companies entering the overseas security market face both opportunities and challenges. As China's first private security company to venture into the international market, Hanwei also faces many challenges that need to be resolved. It is hoped that under the current new economic development situation, China and Sri Lanka can make good use of the two markets and existing resources, strengthen cooperation in various fields, and explore a platform development model that aligns with the interests of both countries, promoting the smooth progress of Chinese enterprises' overseas development projects. At the same time, in the next five years, Hanwei will fully leverage its own advantages and those of its overseas corporate partners, working with all parties to adopt a mutually beneficial cooperation approach and advance Chinese security services to the forefront of the international arena.
