In the first week after the New Year in 2019, six instructors from Hanwei International Security Guard Co., Ltd. embarked on a journey to Beijing under the morning sun to complete CNPC's first overseas anti-terrorism security skills training mission of the year. Last September, after winning the bid for CNPC's overseas personnel anti-terrorism security skills training project, Hanwei Company conducted three months of specialized training by selecting excellent overseas security officers from multiple countries including Iraq, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, Nigeria, and Papua New Guinea. In mid-December last year, nine international security officers passed the strict assessment by CNPC's anti-terrorism security training expert group and became certified instructors for the CNPC system.
This first overseas anti-terrorism security skills training of the new year for CNPC was conducted at the Changgou Base in Beijing. The training system included courses such as overseas social security risk identification and response, international common sign language, self-rescue and mutual rescue, and psychological counseling. The teaching method combined theory with practical operations. Under the strict instruction of Hanwei's overseas anti-terrorism security instructors and using a military management model, the safety awareness and comprehensive skills of CNPC's overseas personnel were effectively improved.
This anti-terrorism skills training was designed by Hanwei International Security Guard Co., Ltd. for large Chinese overseas central enterprises, state-owned enterprises, and other Chinese-funded enterprises. It mainly provides centralized training for units with a large number of personnel deployment needs. The training is highly targeted and practical, simple, easy to implement, and can effectively improve the self-protection capabilities of personnel in overseas Chinese-funded enterprises.
