From March 26 to 29, the Boao Forum for Asia Annual Conference 2019 was held in Boao, Hainan. The theme of the forum was "Shared Future, Concerted Action, Common Development." The annual conference focused on five major sections: open world economy, multilateralism, regional cooperation, global governance, innovation-driven development, high-quality development, and hot frontier topics, conducting about 50 formal discussions, including opening plenary, sub-forums, CEO dialogues, and roundtable meetings.
Hanwei International Security Guard Co., Ltd. was invited to participate in two sub-forums: "Asia-Pacific Maritime Security: Cooperation, Order and Rules" and "Security Prevention and Control & Sustainable and Healthy Economic and Social Development." The participants discussed how to use technological innovation to assist the development of the security industry and build a security system under the background of the "Belt and Road" initiative.
This Boao Forum included public security as a sub-forum for the first time, reflecting the country's emphasis on security issues.
