【Good News】Comrade Zhao Ming from Our Company was Awarded as "Most Beautiful Worker"

In April 2019, to further stimulate members' enthusiasm for innovation and entrepreneurship, and jointly build a vibrant and dedicated member-worker community, the Street Trade Union decided to launch the "Most Beautiful Worker" selection activity, participating in the "Compare, Learn, Catch Up, and Surpass" and "One Union, One Brand" activities carried out by the Municipal Tourism and Trade Union.

Upon recommendation, our company's comrade Zhao Ming was awarded as "West Lake's Most Beautiful Worker".

Zhao Ming worked as a sailor and assistant in the ocean shipping industry in 2010. After being recommended, he began working in the overseas security industry in 2012 and joined Hanwei International Security Services Co., Ltd. in 2014 as the Director of the Command and Control Center, concurrently serving as a director and Country Manager of Sri Lanka Hanwei Gajashakthi International Security Services Co., Ltd.

After being appointed as Country Manager of Sri Lanka, Comrade Zhao Ming undertook numerous overseas security projects for Chinese enterprises. Particularly when projects were frequently threatened by theft and robbery, he fearlessly confronted risks, effectively controlled situations, and recovered a large amount of stolen goods, earning praise and rewards from clients. He also oversaw the command and control tasks of Hanwei's Sri Lanka maritime escort base, organizing personnel to escort Chinese merchant ships through the Gulf of Aden and Somali waters, ensuring their maritime safety.

Through his efforts, Hanwei Gajashakthi has become Sri Lanka's largest joint-venture security company, recognized by the Chinese Embassy in Sri Lanka. The Commercial Counselor's Office issued recommendation letters to Chinese enterprises in Sri Lanka, and the company also undertook the Chinese Embassy's security rescue missions for Chinese citizens.

When appointed as Country Manager of Sri Lanka, Comrade Zhao Ming's wife was nearly seven months pregnant, but he resolutely went overseas for work. He only arrived at the hospital when his wife was about to give birth, and returned to work immediately after the child was discharged from the hospital, sacrificing his "small family" for the "big family". He respects leaders and colleagues, is helpful and friendly, and has earned the support and recognition of all employees at Hanwei Gajashakthi. With high ideological awareness, excellent moral character, strict discipline, and comprehensive quality, he has become a backbone in the overseas security industry.
