Hanwei Training successfully completed the second phase of anti-terrorism security training for overseas enterprise expatriates in 2021

On the 26th, Hanwei International Anti-Terrorism Training Base welcomed more than 40 trainees from Chinese enterprises across the country to participate in the second phase of anti-terrorism security skills training for overseas enterprise expatriates organized by Hanwei Training. These trainees who are about to go abroad will shoulder their respective responsibilities and be dispatched to overseas frontline positions to perform work tasks. As the cornerstone for the stable development of overseas enterprises, it is particularly important to ensure the personal safety of every employee.

Hanwei Training Company has been committed to providing assistance for trainees' overseas safety,conducting anti-terrorism security training with strict requirements, high standards, and targeted approaches. As the pandemic continues, our company has taken measures to ensure both epidemic prevention and training proceed smoothly. We immediately arranged a reception team to conduct temperature checks at the entrance, distribute epidemic prevention supplies, and collect completed pandemic commitment forms, thoroughly gathering information about trainees' recent travel history and health status to meet epidemic prevention requirements and complete training preparations in an orderly manner.

For this training, we developed different course systems based on the differences in the countries/regions the trainees are going to, mainly including: "Identification and Response to Overseas Social Security Risks", "Self-rescue and Mutual Rescue", "Prevention and Adjustment of Psychological Crisis", etc. The instructors taught through a combination of theoretical lectures, practical training, and comprehensive exercises, followed by course assessments. During the training process, the instructors patiently taught, and the trainees actively participated. The entire training was conducted safely and orderly, truly enabling the trainees to gain knowledge. Not only did their personal protection awareness improve, but they also mastered professional and practical self-protection skills, laying a solid foundation for dealing with emergencies abroad in the future.

          The two-and-a-half-day training has successfully concluded, with all more than 40 trainees successfully completing the program. Gao Li, General Manager of the training company, summarized the event, hoping that all trainees would take this opportunity to firmly establish self-protection awareness and improve their ability to respond to and survive terrorist attacks. At the same time, they should also learn more about this aspect in their work to further understand the importance of anti-terrorism and anti-violence.
