He Jianjun, President of the Provincial Security Association, reported to Deputy Director Wei Ming on the association's key work in recent years and its self-construction, introduced the cultivation of the security market, the rating of security companies, the vocational skill appraisal of security personnel, and good practices of local security participation in social governance.
Deputy Director Wei Ming pointed out that the association has done a lot of effective work in recent years, and the achievements are worthy of recognition. It is necessary to innovate methods to bring out the role of this team. He pointed out that good security services rely on service quality and team quality, and it is necessary to strengthen the quality management of the security team; pay attention to the cultivation of security market norms, promote standardized management of security services, and continuously promote security enterprises to become stronger, larger, and more refined; the security association should innovate and expand work ideas, focus on brand building and Zhejiang highlights in future work, further leverage the province's advantages in technical prevention and overseas security, and strive to be at the forefront of the country.
