In the current international context, overseas security work faces unprecedented challenges. The qualification rate of local personnel has increased year by year, reaching 93% by the end of 2023, with an annual qualification rate of 90%. In the first quarter of 2024, the qualification rate reached as high as 95%.

During the training process, the domestic and international instructor teams provide explanations and demonstrations of applied combat techniques and emergency response procedures for international security officers and local security personnel. They also teach how to improve teamwork capabilities and build stable psychological qualities. By organizing simulation exercises, trainees can test their learning outcomes in practical scenarios and improve their adaptability.

While improving comprehensive personal skills, the company requires continuous physical training. Physical training is not only key to enhancing individual capabilities but also an important foundation for ensuring project safety and maintaining order. The company has developed professional physical training programs and regularly tests the results of physical training. After more than three years of continuous training, the overall capabilities of security teams in various overseas projects have significantly improved.

Since the implementation of the International Security Officer Training Program, it has not only enabled security officers stationed abroad to master more practical skills but also cultivated perseverance, taking a solid step forward in improving comprehensive quality and executive capabilities.
