- On the US and Israeli side:A spokesperson for the US Department of Defense stated recently that the US military deployed additional fighter jets and bombers this week to carry out multiple strikes inside Iran, expanding targets to civilian facilities. Continuous Israeli strikes have killed 850 people. From March 9 to 15, Israel maintained military strikes against Beirut, southern and northeastern Lebanon.On March 15, Lebanon’s Health Ministry announced that Israeli strikes on Lebanon since March 2 had killed 850 people and injured 2,105.The sustained attacks severely disrupted Lebanon’s healthcare system. Medical facilities and services in Lebanon were targeted 22 times, killing 27 medical workers and injuring 45. In the early hours of March 14, an Israeli airstrike hit a medical center in Bourj Qalawiya, southern Lebanon, killing 12 medical personnel and wounding several others.

- Drone attack near Dubai International Airport injures four. On March 11, an area near Dubai International Airport in the UAE was targeted by a drone attack. Falling debris from two drones injured four foreign nationals: two from Ghana, one from Bangladesh, and one from India.

(I) Afghanistan and Pakistan
- Armed clashes between Afghanistan and Pakistan continue. From March 9 to 15, cross‑border armed clashes persisted along the Afghanistan‑Pakistan border.Pakistan stated that its Righteous Fury military operation was ongoing. (IV) Russian Federation
