Israeli military strikes kill 13, injure 25. On November 28, the town of Beit Jinn in the Rural Damascus Governorate, the capital of Syria, was attacked by Israel, resulting in at least 13 deaths and 25 injuries. In the early hours of the same day, the Israeli military's incursion was resisted by local villagers, and conflicts broke out between the two sides, causing multiple casualties. The Syrian Transitional Government strongly condemned the Israeli military for launching attacks on civilians in violation of the Charter of the United Nations and international law, and called on the United Nations Security Council and the League of Arab States to stop Israel's attacks and violations of Syria's human rights. Attack on Chinese citizens kills 3, injures 1. On November 26, an armed attack occurred in the Shamsiddin Shohin District of Khatlon Region on the border between Tajikistan and Afghanistan, resulting in the death of 3 Chinese citizens and the injury of 1 Chinese citizen. The Chinese Embassy in Tajikistan strongly condemned this serious criminal act, demanding that the Tajik side thoroughly investigate the attack, severely punish the perpetrators, and take effective measures to protect the safety of Chinese citizens, institutions, and projects in Tajikistan. Multiple attacks kill 10, kidnap 29. According to the monitoring report of the Hanwei International Security Officer stationed in West Africa:
On November 24, bandits attacked the Isapa community in the Ekiti Local Government Area of Kwara State, kidnapping 11 people; on the same day, bandits attacked the Biresawa village in the Tsanyawa Local Government Area of Kano State, kidnapping at least 8 people.

In the early morning of November 30, an armed group broke into a Catholic church in the Ejiba community of the Yagba West Local Government Area of Kogi State, kidnapping several churchgoers.
Nationwide state of security emergency declared. On November 26, Nigerian President Tinubu announced a nationwide state of security emergency in the evening and ordered the police and armed forces to recruit more personnel to respond to the increasingly severe security situation.
Chinese citizen attacked and killed in Lusaka. On November 24, an armed robbery occurred in the Woodlands area of Lusaka, the capital of Zambia, resulting in the death of 1 Chinese citizen. On the same day, the victim drove to a bank in Lusaka to withdraw money, was followed by the gangsters, and was robbed at gunpoint near his residence. The victim was shot dead by the robbers when he resisted, and the cash and valuables in the car were stolen. Currently, the police have filed a case for investigation. Ministry of Foreign Affairs urgently reminds Chinese citizens to evacuate eastern DRC. On November 24, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China and the Chinese Embassy in the Democratic Republic of the Congo issued a security alert simultaneously, stating that the current security situation in the DRC is complex and severe. Russia-Ukraine armed conflict continues. From November 24 to 30, Russia's special military operation in Ukraine continued. The Russian Ministry of Defense recently released a battle report stating that in the past week, the Russian military has launched large-scale cluster strikes using high-precision weapons and attack drones on Ukraine's military industry, natural gas, energy, transportation, military airports, drone production bases, and other targets.
