Middle East Region
(1) Syria
Southern Damascus hit by Israeli airstrikes.On November 4, missile attacks by Israel targeted the Sayyida Zainab area in southern Damascus, near Damascus International Airport, and the vicinity of Najha town, resulting in injuries and property damage, with specific numbers unconfirmed.
(2) Iraq
Shooting in Wasit Province leaves 1 dead.On November 5, a shooting occurred at a restaurant in Kut City, Wasit Province, Iraq, killing one person. Two perpetrators fled the scene, and police are investigating the case.
Two tribal clashes result in 2 deaths and 6 injuries.On November 7, an armed tribal conflict erupted in Bawah village, southeastern Kirkuk Province, Iraq, over a land dispute, leaving 1 dead and 2 injured. On the same day, another armed tribal clash in southern Maysan Province, Iraq, caused 1 death and 4 injuries.
(3) Palestine and Israel
Palestinian death toll in Israel-Palestine conflict exceeds 43,374.From November 4 to 10, the Israeli Defense Forces continued airstrikes on central and southern Gaza, causing significant Palestinian casualties. As of November 5, the latest round of conflict has killed 43,374 Palestinians and injured 102,261. Notably, an Israeli airstrike on a house in northern Gaza on November 5 killed 25, including 13 children, and injured dozens. A November 8 UN Human Rights Office report stated that Israel's unprecedented killings of Palestinians in Gaza since October 7, 2023, severely violate international law, with certain actions potentially constituting genocide.
Iraqi militia claims 5 attacks on Israeli targets.On November 6, the Iraqi militia 'Islamic Resistance' announced it had launched five drone attacks that day on Haifa in northern Israel, southern Israel, and the Israeli-occupied Golan Heights. Israel has yet to respond.
(4) Lebanon
Lebanon-Israel conflict continues.From November 4 to 10, Hezbollah and Israel engaged in continuous clashes in multiple areas in southern and eastern Lebanon. During the week, Hezbollah continued to launch rocket attacks on the northern border city of Metula and the coastal city of Haifa in Israel, marking the first attack on a naval base in Haifa Bay. On the Israeli side, warplanes conducted dozens of airstrikes on the southern suburbs of Beirut, 15 towns in southern Lebanon, and the city of Baalbek in the Bekaa Valley, along with several other towns and villages. According to statistics released by the Lebanese Ministry of Public Health on November 9, the conflict between Hezbollah and Israel since early October last year has resulted in 3,136 deaths in Lebanon, with thousands of buildings reduced to rubble. Approximately 1.2 million out of the country's 6 million population have fled their homes due to escalating hostilities. Additionally, on the 7th, the United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL) was attacked by Israel in southern Lebanon, injuring five peacekeepers.

(5) Yemen
Houthi forces claim to have shot down a U.S. drone.On November 8, Yemen's Houthi forces claimed to have shot down a U.S. MQ-9 'Reaper' drone in the Al-Jawf Province. The U.S. has not responded to the claim.
Asia-Pacific Region
(1) Pakistan
Two attacks in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa kill 6 and injure 5.On November 6, roadside bomb and mortar attacks in Pakistan's Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Province resulted in 6 deaths and 5 injuries. In one incident, a vehicle carrying security personnel was hit by a roadside bomb in South Waziristan, killing 4 officers and injuring 5. On the same day, mortar shells fired by insurgents struck students walking to school in the Tirah Valley, killing 2. No group or individual has claimed responsibility for these attacks.
Shooting in Karachi injures 2 Chinese citizens.On November 5, a shooting in the industrial area of central Karachi injured 2 Chinese citizens. The incident occurred after a dispute between the two Chinese nationals and security personnel at a textile factory, who then opened fire. The two victims are in stable condition with no life-threatening injuries. Police stated the attack was unrelated to armed violence.
Suicide bombing at Quetta railway station kills 22 and injures 53.On November 9, a suicide bombing occurred at the railway station in Quetta, the capital of Balochistan province in southwestern Pakistan, resulting in at least 22 deaths and 53 injuries. After the incident, the terrorist organization "Baloch Liberation Army" claimed responsibility for the explosion, stating that the target was a group of Pakistani soldiers stationed at the station. Pakistani Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif issued a statement strongly condemning the attack on the same day, vowing that the government and military would spare no effort in combating terrorists.

Eruption of Mount Lewotobi kills 10 and injures 53.On November 4, Mount Lewotobi in East Nusa Tenggara province, eastern Indonesia, erupted, causing 10 deaths, 53 injuries, and damage to 2,384 houses. On the same day, the East Nusa Tenggara provincial government declared a 58-day state of emergency effective immediately.

(I) Nigeria
Multiple attacks result in 24 deaths and the kidnapping of 57 people, including 2 Chinese nationals.According to the monitoring report by Hanwei International's security officer in West Africa, on November 3, armed bandits ambushed a passing vehicle along the road from Kwana Barau to Kundu village in the Wushishi Local Government Area of Niger State, resulting in the death of 1 driver and the abduction of 5 passengers. On November 4, unidentified gunmen attacked a community in the Etsako East Local Government Area of Edo State, killing 3 people. On the same day, infighting among armed militants in the North Bank area of Makurdi, the capital of Benue State, left 3 dead and several injured. On November 5, armed bandits attacked Wyam village in the Sabon-Gari community of Rafi Local Government Area, Niger State, killing 9 local villagers and 1 foreign national. On November 6, armed bandits raided two villages in Zamfara State, abducting over 50 villagers. That same day, suspected Fulani armed herdsmen attacked Rakok village in the Barkin Ladi Local Government Area of Plateau State, killing 3 villagers. Later that evening, suspected members of the Biafra separatist group attacked Obele community in the Emohua Local Government Area of Rivers State, killing 1 community security personnel. On the afternoon of November 7, unidentified gunmen attacked a quarry in the Akamkpa Local Government Area of Cross River State, killing 1 police officer and abducting 2 Chinese citizens. On the same day, armed bandits attacked two neighborhoods in the Jibia Local Government Area of Katsina State, killing 2 security personnel.
(II) Somalia
AU camp attack leaves 2 dead and 1 injured.On November 4, the Halane camp near Mogadishu International Airport in Somalia was hit by mortar fire from the extremist group Al-Shabaab, killing 2 AU soldiers and injuring 1, with severe damage to buildings in the camp. The casualties were all Ugandan soldiers.
(III) Democratic Republic of the Congo
Two attacks on Chinese camp leave 2 injured.On November 4, an unidentified armed group attacked a Chinese camp in the capital of Haut-Katanga Province, Democratic Republic of the Congo, injuring 2 Chinese citizens and looting some property. On November 5, another Chinese camp in the capital of Lualaba Province was robbed. The attackers were repelled by security personnel, with no casualties or property damage reported.
(IV) Sudan
Armed conflict continues.From November 4 to 10, the Sudanese Armed Forces and the Rapid Support Forces continued intense clashes in the surrounding areas of the capital Khartoum, the western city of Omdurman, and multiple fronts in the central region. As of now, the year-long armed conflict has resulted in approximately 24,800 deaths in Sudan and displaced over 11.5 million people. On November 6, the United Nations Refugee Agency released a report stating that Sudan urgently needs food, drinking water, medical supplies, and daily necessities, calling on the international community to provide more assistance.
Cholera and dengue fever outbreaks have caused 899 deaths.On November 5, the Sudanese Ministry of Health issued a statement reporting a cumulative total of 30,880 cholera cases and 887 deaths, as well as 6,011 dengue fever cases and 12 deaths. The year-long conflict has severely damaged Sudan's healthcare system, leading to the widespread transmission of infectious diseases such as cholera and dengue fever.
Europe and the Americas
(1) United States
Car explosion incident in New York City.On November 8, a car explosion occurred in a residential area of Queens, New York City, completely destroying one vehicle and causing varying degrees of damage to surrounding cars and houses. No casualties have been reported yet.
(2) Ukraine
Ongoing armed conflict between Russia and Ukraine.From November 4 to 10, Russia's special military operation in Ukraine continued. The Russian Ministry of Defense recently released a combat report stating that within the week, Russian forces conducted 38 rounds of strikes using precision-guided weapons and drones against Ukrainian military-industrial enterprises, energy facilities, military airfields, and drone production and storage facilities. Russian forces gained control of six settlements, and their air defense systems shot down one Ukrainian MiG-29 fighter jet and 290 drones of various types. Additionally, Russian troops repelled multiple Ukrainian attacks in the Kursk region. On the Ukrainian side, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported that during the week, Ukrainian air force, missile, and artillery units targeted multiple Russian personnel, weapon and equipment concentrations, command posts, field ammunition depots, and drone control centers. Ukrainian forces repelled Russian attacks on multiple fronts and intercepted missiles and drones launched by Russian forces.

Shooting incident in Atlixco, Puebla, leaves 3 dead.On November 5, a shooting incident occurred at a hospital in Atlixco, Puebla, central Mexico, resulting in 3 deaths. On the same day, multiple male gunmen stormed the hospital and shot a male patient to death. Police arrived at the scene and engaged in a firefight with the gunmen, leading to the deaths of 2 officers.
(4) Canada
Religious conflict in Toronto leaves 1 police officer injured.On November 3 and 4, protests and violent incidents occurred consecutively in the Indian community in Toronto, Canada, resulting in 1 police officer injured and multiple arrests. In the afternoon of November 3 and the morning of November 4, supporters of the Sikh separatist "Khalistan movement" held demonstrations at Hindu temples and Sikh worship sites in Brampton, Toronto. During the protests, demonstrators clashed with and chased Indian worshippers, blocking surrounding traffic.

Migrant boat capsizing leaves 25 dead.On November 4, media reports revealed that a boat carrying illegal migrants was "deliberately" capsized by human traffickers on November 3 near the waters of the Comoros Islands off the southeastern coast of Africa, resulting in 25 deaths.
