Middle East Region
(1) Syria
Armed conflict in Suwayda Province results in 60 casualties.On July 13, an armed conflict erupted between the Druze community and Bedouin tribes in Suwayda Province, southern Syria, leaving at least 10 dead and 50 injured. The conflict stemmed from the alleged "assault and robbery" of a Druze youth by Bedouin tribesmen. In response, Druze militants "detained" several Bedouin tribesmen, escalating tensions. The conflict remains ongoing.
(2) Iraq
Kurdistan Workers' Party disarms.On July 11, the first group of Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK) members disarmed in Sulaymaniyah Province, northern Iraq. During the disarmament ceremony, 30 PKK members, including 4 commanders, destroyed their weapons in a burning pit. The PKK disarmament process will be implemented in 5 phases, including legalizing PKK members and promoting inter-ethnic reconciliation.
(3) Palestine and Israel
Palestinian-Israeli conflict claims 57,800 Palestinian lives。From July 7 to 13, the Israeli military continued attacks across multiple areas in the Gaza Strip, causing significant casualties. On July 8 alone, Israeli airstrikes targeted Gaza City in the north, Deir al-Balah in central Gaza, and Khan Younis in the south, killing at least 80 Palestinians and injuring 304. As of July 11, since the outbreak of the latest round of conflict, Israeli military operations in Gaza have resulted in 57,823 Palestinian deaths and 137,887 injuries. A July 11 UN Human Rights Office report revealed that 798 Palestinian civilians in Gaza have been shot dead by Israeli forces while attempting to access humanitarian aid since May this year.

Israel targeted by Houthi military strike.On July 7, Yemen's Houthi group announced that it launched a joint military operation using 11 missiles and drones targeting Ben Gurion International Airport, the ports of Eilat and Ashdod, and the power station in Ashkelon, Israel, in response to Israeli attacks on Yemeni ports and power facilities.
(4) Yemen
Multiple locations were hit by Israeli airstrikes.On July 7, targets under the control of Yemen's Houthi group, including the ports of Hodeidah, Ras Issa, and Salif, as well as the Katib Central Power Station, were struck by Israeli airstrikes. This led to the shutdown of Hodeidah's main power generation facilities, causing a city-wide blackout. Casualties and property damage have not yet been reported. The Israeli military stated that these airstrikes were in response to multiple attacks previously launched by the Houthis against Israel.

Airstrike in Tripoli kills 3 and injures 13. On July 8, two cars near a military checkpoint in Tripoli, northern Lebanon, were hit by two Israeli missiles, resulting in the deaths of 3 people, including a commander of the Palestinian Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas), and injuring 13 others. Since the ceasefire agreement between Israel and Lebanon's Hezbollah in November last year, Israel has frequently conducted airstrikes on Lebanon, causing dozens of casualties.

Clash in Chabahar leaves 4 dead and 1 injured.On July 11, Iranian police engaged in a firefight with an armed group in Chabahar, southeastern Iran, resulting in the deaths of 3 police officers, the killing of 1 terrorist, and the injury of another.
Asia-Pacific Region
(1) Pakistan
Attacks in Balochistan result in multiple casualties.On July 9, military camps in Surab and Kech regions of southwestern Pakistan's Balochistan province were attacked by militants, leading to the deaths of several soldiers. On the same day, a security checkpoint in Panjgur was also attacked, with casualties unknown. Additionally, 6 security personnel were ambushed by unidentified militants while patrolling in Jhao, leaving 2 dead and 1 injured. On the evening of July 10, a group of militants kidnapped and killed 9 bus passengers in Balochistan. The 'Baloch Liberation Army' later claimed responsibility for the attacks.
Security warning.On July 10, the extremist organization "Baloch Liberation Front" (BLF) announced on its official social media that the group had officially launched a new round of attacks codenamed "Operation Baam" in Pakistan. The operation will involve large-scale and sustained attacks against Pakistani government forces across Balochistan, from the Makuran coast to the Koh-e-Sulaiman mountains. In response, Chinese personnel in Pakistan are advised to exercise caution when traveling to high-risk areas such as Balochistan and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and to ensure armed escorts are in place when passage is necessary. In the event of a sudden attack, immediately call the police or seek help from the Chinese Embassy.

3 attacks resulted in 1 death and 2 injuries.On July 8, Australian police in Queenslandsoutheastern coastattempted to intercept a suspect's vehicle at a highway intersection in Moreton Bay but were rammed, resulting in injuries to 2 officers. On the same day, a shooting occurred in New South Wales, Australia, with details of casualties unknown. On July 12, a mass brawl broke out in a shopping center parking lot in Sydney. Police arrived and shot dead a man who was attacking officers with a knife.

(III) Myanmar
Clashes between hostile forces in Chin State resulted in heavy casualties.On July 7, media reported that two hostile forces in Myanmar's Chin State, the Chinland Defense Forceandthe Chin State Defense Force, have engaged in multiple clashes recently over control of trade routes, resulting in heavy casualties and forcing approximately 4,000 Chin refugees to flee to India. The clashes are ongoing.
(IV) Nepal
Flash floods left 6 Chinese citizens missing.On July 8, continuous rainfall triggered flash floods in Rasuwa District in northern Nepal, leaving 18 people missing, including 6 Chinese aid workers. The floods destroyed a construction site at the port and a nearby bridge, sweeping away several construction workers. The Chinese Embassy in Nepal immediately activated an emergency response mechanism and dispatched a working group to the disaster area to coordinate emergency rescue efforts with local military and police.

(I) Nigeria
Multiple attacks resulted in 56 deaths and 8 kidnappings.According to monitoring reports from Hanwei International's West Africa security officers and media coverage, on July 7, militants from the extremist group "Boko Haram" attacked the town of Malam Fatori in the Abadam Local Government Area of Borno State, Nigeria, killing 9 and injuring 4. On the same day, a militia group wasambushed near the Kukawa and Bunyen communities in the Kanam Local Government Area of Plateau State,resulting in approximately30deaths. On the sameOn the same day, a construction site in Kogi State, Nigeria, was attacked by armed assailants, resulting in the death of a security personnel and the abduction of a Chinese citizen. Subsequently, the police and local vigilante teams launched an emergency rescue operation, and the abducted Chinese citizen was released. On July 8, Maguru village in the Kaura Namoda Local Government Area of Zamfara State, Nigeria, was attacked by bandits, leaving one person injured and five others abducted.7July11,a community in the Bakori Local Government Area of Katsina State was attacked byarmed bandits, resulting insix deaths and two abductions.
(2) South Africa
Dole shooting incident leaves one dead and one injured.On July 7, a vehicle traveling along Leon Febres Cordero Avenue in Dole City, Eastern Cape Province, South Africa, was shot at, killing the driver and injuring one passenger. Currently, the police have arrested one suspect and are investigating the incident.
(3) Uganda
Conflict in Kampala refugee camp leaves 18 injured.On July 7, over 30 South Sudanese refugees in the Kiryandongo Refugee Camp, located north of Kampala, Uganda, launched an attack on Sudanese refugees. On July 10, another clash broke out between the two groups, leaving 18 injured. The cause of the conflict remains unreported.
(4) Kenya
Protests in Nairobi spark clashes, leaving 31 dead and 107 injured. On July 7, anti-government demonstrations erupted in Nairobi, Kenya, protesting police brutality and government corruption. Clashes between police and protesters resulted in 31 deaths, 107 injuries, and 532 arrests. On the same day, police blocked major roads leading to Nairobi's city center, set up barricades around the parliament building and presidential residence, and used tear gas and water cannons to disperse crowds. Protesters retaliated by throwing stones and setting bonfires to attack the police.
(5) Sudan
Armed conflicts persist.From July 7 to 13, the Sudanese Armed Forces and the Rapid Support Forces continued to engage in clashes across multiple regions of Sudan. This week, the conflict between the two sides was particularly intense in the capital Khartoum, its surrounding areas including Omdurman, and North Kordofan State. Among these, the Sudanese Armed Forces fully controlled the cities of Riyadh and Kazgail in North Kordofan State, while the Rapid Support Forces primarily besieged the capital of North Darfur State, El Fasher. The ongoing armed conflict, which has lasted over two years, has not only caused significant casualties but also severely damaged Sudan's healthcare system. The severe humanitarian crisis and seasonal floods have led to large-scale outbreaks of infectious diseases such as cholera and dengue fever in Sudan. On July 8, the Sudanese Ministry of Health stated that the latest wave of cholera had spread to 17 out of the country's 18 states, with a cumulative total of 84,531 reported cases and 2,145 deaths. Additionally, there were 13,314 reported cases of dengue fever with 21 deaths, and 2,547 reported cases of measles with 6 deaths.
(6) Angola
Chinese Citizen Kidnapped in Luanda.On July 7, a Chinese citizen working in construction in Angola was kidnapped by armed assailants while taking a taxi back to his residence in Luanda at night. During the ordeal, the kidnappers used scissors to intimidate him and demanded a ransom of 50 million kwanza. After negotiations, the victim was released upon payment of 5 million kwanza (approximately 39,000 RMB).

(1) United States
Two Shooting Incidents Leave 4 Dead and 12 Injured.On July 7, a shooting occurred at the intersection of Etting Street and Dickinson Street in South Philadelphia, resulting in 3 deaths and 10 injuries. On July 10, another shooting took place in downtown Las Vegas, Nevada, leaving 1 dead and 2 critically injured. According to statistics from the U.S. Gun Violence Archive, as of July 10, 7,742 people have died and 14,119 have been injured in various gun violence incidents across the country this year.
Texas Floods Claim 129 Lives with 166 Still Missing.From July 4 to 8, heavy rains triggered floods in central Texas, resulting in 129 deaths and 166 missing persons.Economic losses are estimated at$18 to $22 billion.The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services declared a 'Public Health Emergency' in Texas due to the floods.

Russia-Ukraine Armed Conflict Continues.From July 7 to 13, Russia's special military operation in Ukraine continued. The Russian Ministry of Defense recently released a combat report stating that over the past week, the Russian military conducted six cluster strikes using high-precision 'Kinzhal' missiles and attack drones targeting Ukrainian military-industrial enterprises, military airfields, and other facilities. The strikes hit Ukraine's energy infrastructure, temporary deployment points of foreign mercenaries, personnel replenishment centers, ammunition depots, and fuel storage facilities. On July 8, another shooting took place in Sitio Las Chorreras, El Guabo Canton, El Oro Province, leaving two dead. On the same day, a shooting in El Fortín, northwest of Guayaquil, caused one death and one injury.
(4) Russia
Multiple regions attacked by Ukrainian drones.On July 7, Russian regions including Moscow Oblast, Kursk Oblast, and Taganrog City in Rostov Oblast were targeted by Ukrainian drone attacks, with no immediate reports of casualties or property damage. On July 11 and 12, the Lukhovitsky Aviation Plant and the Dubna Kronstadt Plant in Moscow Oblast were struck by Ukrainian drones, triggering fires and leading to the temporary suspension of operations at three Moscow airports.

(1) Red Sea
Houthi forces sink cargo ship, killing 4 and leaving 11 missing.On July 8, the Liberian-flagged cargo ship "Eternal C," operated by a Greek shipping company, was attacked and sunk by Yemen's Houthi rebels in the Red Sea, resulting in 4 deaths and 11 missing. The ship had a total of 25 people on board, including 22 crew members and 3 armed guards. So far, 10 people have been rescued.
